Few people can say that they make sensors that measure the temperature in space travel, the deep sea or a pharmaceutical laboratory. At Tempcontrol, you can.
We’re based in Nootdorp, where we work with more than 30 employees divided among four departments: production, calibration, instrumentation and sales. We’re looking for people with technical insight and good hand-eye coordination. People who are proud of what they make. Technical insight is more important to us than a long CV. We’ll teach you the rest through internal training: welding, soldering, turning and milling.

Certified training company and internship
At Tempcontrol, you learn the profession on the job, in the workplace, working on real orders. Tempcontrol is a certified training company for three areas of professional training: instrument maker, research instrument maker and technicus engineering, and offers internships and apprenticeships for MBO and HBO students.

Tempcontrol
At Tempcontrol, we value motivation, a willingness to learn and being a good fit with the team just as much as technical knowledge. That’s why you’ll get a thorough onboarding programme tailored to your role, helping you learn step by step how our products work. You’ll also spend time in our production department, where you’ll see first-hand how our temperature sensors are made and where they are used. It’s a great way to quickly build up your product knowledge and get to know your colleagues at the same time.
We want Tempcontrol to be a pleasant place to work. We have a comfortable canteen where you can help yourself to coffee and tea, soft drinks, biscuits, fresh fruit and healthy snacks. It’s a place to catch up with colleagues or simply find a quiet spot and unwind during your break. We also regularly organise drinks and company outings.
With 30 days’ annual leave based on a full-time contract, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy life outside work. Although we should probably warn you: you might enjoy working here so much that even an evening of overtime, with a good meal provided, can be surprisingly enjoyable. We do like to roll up our sleeves and get things done. You’ll receive a competitive salary and, of course, any overtime is paid.
