Precision temperature measurements in machine building
Modern machines measure temperature at more, and more critical, points: at bearings, engines, heating elements and cooling circuits. At places with limited space, excessive vibration or extreme changes in temperature. Or precisely in those places where even a deviation of a millikelvin can have huge consequences. If something goes wrong there, you’re going to see it immediately in the process or the end product.
Developed for the specifications that matter
We collaborate with machine builders and device builders to design temperature sensors that suit the process and the construction. Insert length, diameter, process connection, material used, kind of cable and connection head: it can all be discussed. Duplex models with two independent measuring circuits are available as standard, for example for combined regulating and control or with a reserve circuit as back-up.
Tested and documented before delivery
For applications where even the slightest contamination is unacceptable, we produce sensors in our own clean room. Sensors are tested, stabilised and regulated to specifications in research and calibration laboratories, before being delivered. Response time, immersion effect and long-term stability can be determined and documented, so that you know exactly what you’re getting.
Proven in the manufacturing industry
Tempcontrol supplies to machine and device builders in the Netherlands and beyond, in sectors such as semiconductors, automotive, defence and plastics processing.
