Precision temperature measurements in the process industry

Temperature is rarely a side issue in an industrial process. An incorrect measurement, or a poorly specified measuring point can result in a production shutdown. The question is not whether you need a temperature sensor, but which one.

The right temperature sensor for your situation

We help you to translate your process requirements into a concrete specification. When doing so, we look at accuracy, reproducibility, temperature range, long-term stability, robustness and response time. Thermocouples are suitable for a broad temperature range up to +2300 °C and severe conditions. Resistance thermometers offer more accuracy where conditions allow.

For severe conditions

Temperature sensors made of mantle materials are flexible, fully shielded and resistant to high pressure, vibrations and aggressive environment conditions. They are available in diameters of 0.25 mm to 11 mm and in a variety of mantle materials. In the case of environments where there is a risk of explosion, we supply sensors with an ATEX certification, the European standard for equipment in high explosion risk environments. Thermowells with interchangeable measuring inserts enable replacement and calibration without interrupting the process.

Our own production, flexible in delivery time

Since we produce the sensors ourselves, there is direct control over quality and delivery time. Both series production and single units are possible.
