Data loggers monitor and record parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure and CO₂ continuously, reliably and where necessary, in accordance with certification requirements. Applications include quality control in greenhouses and laboratories, storage in accordance with EN 12830 and CFR21-Part 11, monitoring of refrigerators and freezers in the pharmaceutical and medical industries and compulsory HACCP registration in the food industry. Data loggers are available with built-in sensor or connected to an external sensor, with pc communication or independent operating and for reach from cryogen to extreme heat.
